Package FAQ's
Full payment for your group is required upon arrival. Tickets will be issued to your group.
Yes, your deposit paid prior to the date of your booked function, will be deducted from your total balance on the day.
Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 4 weeks of your booking date.
Option 1 – If you are making one payment in total, please provide Reception with your expected attendance list and they will be checked off upon entering and payment can be processed at the completion of your event. If guests are paying individually, they can do so upon arrival at Reception. Your group will be given a unique coloured sticker as their ticket for entry which they wear on their shirt and each person will receive their animal feed. Guests then enter the farm and straight into the activities on offer here, linking up with everyone around the farm.
Option 2 – Those who have been nominated to set up any decorations or food for the event, will be able to gain entry to the barn 15 minutes prior to your booked time to start. If you are making one payment in total, please provide Reception with your expected attendance list and they will be checked off upon entering and payment can be processed at the completion of your event. As a large group, it works best if you complete the activities at your leisure, rather than be taken to each activity by your Farmer. Your farmer will remain around to assist you in any way required however.
At the end of your booking time, we ask that you vacate the barn, leaving it clean and tidy, so we can prepare for the next booking. You are more than welcome to continue to stay on the farm, repeating the activities as many times as you like until we close!
Yes, our farm is smoke free. Please, keep the air clean for our children and refrain from smoking on the property.
Parents/guardians you are ultimately responsible for the safety of those in your care, so please supervise them around the farm. Be interactive – learning through recreation and entertainment is fun! Encourage the young to have a “HANDS ON EXPERIENCE”. It’s also for “big kids too…” that’s you adults!!!
